Contact Centre Manager

Do you have a passion for the Ford products? Are you committed to excellent customer service? We are looking for a polite, enthused and welcoming Contact Centre Manager to manage our Contact Centre Teams across our Think Ford Group based at our Wokingham centre.

About the position

The successful candidate for our Contact Centre Manager vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.

You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Contact Centre Manager position involves:

Maximising revenue opportunities for the Group through managing outbound messages and manage inbound workload effectively.

Coaching Contact Centre employees to achieve sales targets and develop a team focus on sales opportunities.

Carrying out team performance reviews and work to develop all identified areas of underperformance via coaching and ongoing support.

Managing team productivity via CTI and other systems, collating monthly reporting for review with the Head of Businesses.

Developing a robust team training and induction program to provide a high level of knowledge and confidence within their roles.

Working with CRM Manager to establish a customer contact plan.

Managing and maintaining the database.

Maintaining product and systems knowledge.

Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Strong teamwork skills.

Confident and professional communication skills.

Full driving licence.
