Call Centre Operative

About the position

The successful candidate for our Call Centre Operative vacancy/position will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.

You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of theCall Centre Operative position involves:

  • Maintain regular contact with our customers to advise them of key moments in their vehicle ownership, and introduce them to other offers that will be of interest to them.
  • Accurately maintain and update the company’s customer and vehicle CRM database.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls on behalf of the dealership network.
  • Contact customers following their service or repair visit to ensure that they were Completely Satisfied with all aspects of their transaction with the dealership.
  • Identify to the Customer Support Team Manager, areas in which there is a potential for improvements in efficiency, business opportunity, and other general good practice.
  • Always deliver service
  • Maintain a high standard of current product, process, and system knowledge.
  • Adopting a sales approach regarding upsell.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

  • Full driving licence.
