Nearly New Cars Reconditioned to Ford’s High Standards

Before any Ford Direct car goes on sale, we check it thoroughly to make sure it meets our stringent standards. We carry out checks on the:

• Cabin
• Exterior body
• Engine
• Under-side of the car

We then carry out a comprehensive reconditioning process where we fix any issues found in the initial examination. And every single Ford Direct car comes with a full service history which helps to retain value.

Ford Direct Two Year Warranty

As part of the price, every Ford Direct car comes with a full two-year, unlimited mileage warranty. And there are no limits on the number of claims you can make with your warranty too.

Two Years Ford Assistance Roadside Recovery

You also get two years of Ford Assistance: a roadside rescue, repair and recovery service. You’re covered:

• Anywhere in Europe
• 24/7, 365 days a year

So in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong when you’re out on the roads, you’ll be covered. Ford Assistance helps at the roadside and home as well as offering recovery for your car.

Ford Direct 30 Day Exchange Plan

If you’re not completely happy with your nearly new Ford Direct car, you can return it within 30 days or 1,000 miles in exchange for a car of the same or higher price. To be eligible for the exchange, the car must be:

• Returned to the same dealer you got it from
• The same car that was sold to you - including any tyres, options, accessories etc
• In the same condition as when you bought it

For Ford Direct cars bought through finance, you’ll have to settle the remaining balance with the finance company and then set up a new finance agreement.

3 Day Driveaway Insurance

Drive your nearly new Ford Direct car with complimentary 3 Day Driveaway insurance. Benefits include:

• Three days of Comprehensive cover
• Cover starts as soon as you collect your Ford Direct car
• Added time to set up necessary insurance

HPI and National Mileage Register Checked

We carry out mileage checks on every Ford Direct car to guarantee the mileage is genuine. This is done via the National Mileage Register before we put any on sale.

Next, we take out a full Hire Purchase Investigation, or HPI, check. This guarantees there’s no outstanding finance taken out on the car.

Finally, we check that the car hasn’t been reported as stolen or written off.
